Privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal data Leocaster Systems LLP collects when you visit this site or buy The AI Marketing Prompt Library, and how we use it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address and (optionally) phone number, plus order details such as the amount, status and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay, never by us.

When you sign in: with Google, your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account; with an emailed link, your email address. In both cases we keep a session record with your IP address and browser type, used to keep you signed in securely. We never see your Google password.

When you browse: anonymous, cookieless analytics: the page visited, the referring site, device type and a visitor identifier that changes every day and can’t be linked back to you. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Spam protection: our checkout and sign-in forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects hardware and software information (such as device and browser data) and sends it to Google for analysis to tell people from bots. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Why we use it

To process your payment, deliver and re-deliver your files, sign you in, send receipts, prevent fraud, respond to support requests and understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments), Google (sign-in and reCAPTCHA), Zoho ZeptoMail (transactional email) and our hosting and database providers. We don’t sell your data.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to those obligations.

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or raise a grievance, by writing to support@leocaster.com.
