Terms of service.

These terms govern your purchase and use of The AI Marketing Prompt Library (the “Library”), sold by Leocaster Systems LLP (“we”, “us”). By buying the Library you agree to them.

1. What you’re buying

A one-time licence to a digital collection of AI prompt templates, delivered as downloadable files (CSV and Markdown). There is no subscription, no physical shipment, and no recurring charge.

2. Licence

You may use, adapt and run the prompts for your own business and for client work done by you or your organisation. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the prompts or the files, in whole or in substantial part, including as part of another prompt pack, course or template.

3. Delivery and access

Files are available in your account immediately after payment is confirmed. To download them again, sign in with the email address used at checkout, either with Google or with a one-time link we email you. Keep a copy of your files; we aim to keep downloads available but can’t guarantee access indefinitely.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are charged in full at checkout. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

5. No guarantee of results

Output from AI models varies and depends on the model, its settings and your inputs. The prompts are provided “as is”, without any guarantee of specific business results. Review AI output before you publish or act on it, including for advertising-standards and platform-policy compliance.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Library is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
