Refunds & cancellations.

The AI Marketing Prompt Library is a digital product delivered instantly. Once your files are available to download, the purchase can’t be “returned”, so we handle refunds as follows.

When we refund

We’ll refund you in full if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, if a payment succeeded but you never received access and we can’t fix it, or if the files are corrupt or incomplete and we can’t provide working replacements.

When we don’t

Because the full product can be downloaded and kept, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind after purchase.

How to request one

Email support@leocaster.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID (shown in your account). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

There’s no subscription to cancel. If a payment fails or you close the checkout before paying, no money is taken.

Shipping

Nothing is shipped physically. Delivery is a digital download, available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
